Interactive Effects of Organizational Structure and Team Work Quality on Project Success in Project Based Non Profit Organizations

The main aim of the research paper is to explore interactive usefulness organizational hierarchy or structure as well teamwork quality regarding from (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) a province Pakistan. data collected through questionnaires employees working in project-based organizations non-profit sectors analyzed Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). This shows that there highly considerable positive association between type an organization chose work and project success. has 28.5% impact on success dependent variable. moderator variable are relatable with amount values, per results statistics.
